LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Corey L. Manning, 29, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Oct. 4, offense committed, fined $350.

Kathryn Marquis, 21, Litchfield, disorderly conduct on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

James Martin, 32, Lisbon, criminal trespass on Oct. 20, filed with no cost.

Nathan J. Martin, 26, Wales, operating without safety equipment on Oct. 9, offense committed, fined $100.

Miguel Antonio Martinez, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 27, found guilty, fined $100 and sentenced to two days.

Francisco Mata, 47, Leeds, possession of marijuana on Oct. 11, offense committed, fined $350.

Sarah C. Matthews, 31, Lisbon, keeping an unlicensed dog on Sept. 27, offense committed, fined $50.

Melvin May, 68, Auburn, operating under the influence on Nov. 6, sent to jury trial.

William H. McCall, 25, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

Laura McCann, 33, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on Nov. 2, sent to jury trial.

James McNeil Jr., 27, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Dec. 1 and Dec. 10, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 14 days for each charge.

Theresa E. Meade, 42, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 14 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

David A. Merriam, 21, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Adam D. Merrill, 30, Hallowell, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 5, found guilty, fined $150.

Jeffrey W. Merrill, 51, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Moises T. Merrill, 26, Auburn, disorderly conduct and failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth on Sept. 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

Michael Meyer, 39, Westbrook, driving to endanger on Oct. 4, found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Kristen A. Meyers, 19, Methuen, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Jacob G. Michaud, 25, Hallowell, operating under the influence on Oct. 20, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Ann Marie Miller, 52, Soldotha, Ark., operating under the influence on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Suzanne M. Miller, 35, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 28, dismissed.

William A. Miller, 37, Livermore Falls, negotiating a worthless instrument on Nov. 22, 2005, dismissed.

James Mingo, 56, Auburn, violating condition of release on Dec. 1, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Michael P. Mingo, 29, Portland, violating condition of release, disorderly conduct and assault on Dec. 15, all charges sent to jury trial.

Michael S. Minson, 19, Auburn, reckless conduct on Nov. 7, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Joseph F. Mocinski, 52, Turner, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Mohamed S. Mohamed, 20, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 15, dismissed.

Jamie Brian Mondragon, 26, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 12 and violating condition of release on Aug. 24, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge; also charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 6, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Warren M. Mongo, 33, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Dec. 3, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Brian Allan Morin, 23, Lewiston, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days for each on first and second charges; fined $250 on third charge.

Wilfred Morrissette, 31, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Sept. 29, found guilty, fined $500.

Sherry A. Morse, 50, Lewiston, obstructing government administration on Sept. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

Joel D. Mower, 35, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 15, dismissed.

Brian Albert Mullen, 28, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Nov. 27, offense committed, fined $350.

Shannon Lee Murray, 26, Hebron, operating under the influence on Nov. 23, sent to jury trial.

David M. Muscatello, 40, Coral Springs, Fla., operation without duty record rule violation on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $500.

Erik Mynahan, 21, Minot, operating under the influence and failing to make oral or written accident report on Nov. 23, found guilty on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Bryan Scott Nason, 22, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; offense committed on second charge, fined $300.

Jacob W. Nason, 26, Minot, operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 8, filed, fined $400.

Jacob J. Neagle, 20, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 10, dismissed.
