NORWAY – Frantie Giasson was recently honored as the “iCare Person of the Year” for Market Square Health Care Center. Giasson is a CNA who received many nominations from staff and residents for always having a smile on her face and doing whatever necessary to provide a high level of care to residents.

“You’ve been caught practicing iCare values” is a program instituted by the Human Resources Department at WMH to reward employees for positive customer service to both internal and external customers. Anyone can nominate an employee for practicing a helpful act involving integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence. One person is drawn each month to receive the honor and associated prizes given by Human Resources. At the end of the year, everyone who has received a nomination is put in the drawing at the end of the year.
