• Jessi D. Briscoe, 19, of New Sharon, disorderly conduct, Feb. 14, $3,000 unsecured bail, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Allen Farrell, 64, of New Vineyard, three warrants for failure to appear for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and hearing on operating under the influence charge, Feb. 16, no bail listed as of Feb. 19, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
