BETHLEHEM, N.H. (AP) – Police say they have busted a one-man burglary spree in the North Country, all because the man didn’t show up for jury duty.

Investigators went to the home of Timothy Fisher, 32, because he hadn’t reported for jury duty, and when they got there, officers said they spotted a stolen snowmobile, got a search warrant and came up with more than $50,000 in stolen items.

Police say the tools, generators, snowmobile and other items were taken in at last 30 burglaries.

Investigators say it’s all drug-related.
