TURNER – Robert James Decker, 30, of Wilton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 2, in Turner.
He was born on March 11, 1976, in Farmington, the son of Edward and Bonnie (Gross) Tibbetts. He was educated at Central School in North New Portland and graduated from Carrabec High in North Anson in 1994.
He enjoyed spending countless hours with his son, Alex, his dad, mom, brother, sister and cousins. He enjoyed playing guitar and fixing up his car with his dad. He will be sadly missed by Caroline Decker, Jake Tilton and Daniel Tibbetts.
Robert is survived by his parents, Edward and Bonnie; his son, Alex Jordan Decker, of Jay; his sister, Tammy Bowdin, of Wilton; his brother, David A. Decker, of Auburn; his best friend, Adam Gross, of Auburn; countless aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and friends, Megan and Adam Zimmerschied, of New Sharon.
He was predeceased by his daughter, Jasmine M. Hanson, on Nov. 13, 1998; and a brother, Edward R. Tibbetts, on June 12, 2004.
