The New Auburn American Legion Post 153 sponsored Scouts were presented a plaque for outstanding Americanism work with veterans at Christmas. The Scouts made gifts for more than 200 patients at Togus and for nursing home veterans. The presentation was made by Department of Maine American Legion Auxiliary Americanism Chairwoman Irene Ervine of Topsham.
