Paul Clifford, formerly of Jay, in the Air Force stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base, Spokane, Wash., has been promoted to technical sergeant. Clifford is a lead crew chief on KC-135 air refueling tankers.
Clifford graduated from Jay High School in 1992 and shortly after joined the Air Force. He has served in the Middle East on numerous occasions and is presently serving in Kazakhstan.
Clifford bought a home in Spokane, where he now resides. He is a avid motorcycle rider and plans to travel the country upon his retirement.
