RUMFORD – The lunch menus for Rumford Elementary, Meroby and St. Athanasius St. John’s schools for the week of March 5 are announced. A container of milk is served with meals and the menus are subject to change without notice.
Monday: Choice of teriyaki dippers, rice pilaf, honeyed carrots, roll, congo bar, fruit and veggie bar, pizza, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Tuesday: Choice of grilled cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup, fruit and veggie bar, quick pic, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Wednesday: Choice of spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, fruit and veggie bar, Italian sandwich, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Thursday: Choice of meatloaf, mashed potato, gravy, broccoli, strawberries and yogurt, fruit and veggie bar, hot dog on a roll, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Friday: Choice of pizza sticks with dipping sauce, fruit and veggie bar, chicken burger on a bun, peanut butter and fluff sandwich.
Mountain Valley Middle School
The menus for Mountain Valley Middle School are announced. A container of milk is served with meals and the menus are subject to change without notice.
Monday: Choice of oven-baked chicken, potato puffs, fruit and veggie bar, hot dogs on a bun, cheeseburger, pizza choices.
Tuesday: Choice of sandwich/salad bar, grilled cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup, fruit and veggie bar, cheeseburger, pizza choices.
Wednesday: Choice of pasta bar with meat sauces, chicken and broccoli alfredo, fruit and veggie bar, hot dogs on a bun, cheeseburger, pizza choices.
Thursday: Choice of sandwich/salad bar, strawberries and yogurt, fruit and veggie bar, meatball sub, cheeseburger, pizza choices.
Friday: Choice of pizza sticks with dipping sauce, fruit and veggie bar, fish and cheese sandwich, cheeseburger.
