LEWISTON – Richard and Joan Legendre of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Legendre of Poland, to Mark Ballard of Poland, son of Stacy and Sandra Ballard of Mechanic Falls.

Miss Legendre is employed at the YWCA. Mr. Ballard is employed at L.L. Bean.

The wedding will be held on Aug. 18 at the Great Outdoors in Turner.
