FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded at the Franklin County Jail:

• Adam M. Beane, 19, of Farmington, failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of driving a defective motor vehicle, March 5 by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $100 provided for court appearance on April 19.

• Martin S. Flagg, 37, Wilton, driving under the influence, March 6 by Farmington police. No bail listed as of March 6.
