RUMFORD – Wilma A. Dennis, 85, of Rumford, formerly of Peru, died early Tuesday morning, March 6, 2007, at the Rumford Community Home, where she had been a resident for the last 15 months.

She was born in Grady, Ark., a daughter of Jewell and Minnie Crider.

She was employed for many years at Diamond National and loved being with her family.

She is survived by her children, William Dennis and his wife, Cindy, of Virginia, John Dennis of Peru, Carolyn Merrill and her husband, Cleon, of Peru, and Barbara Viger and her husband, Gregory, of Rumford; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, William R. Dennis; a son, William Douglas; and a sister, Juanita Knox, along with a niece, Patricia Bryant.
