BETHEL – Small Enterprise Growth Fund, an early stage venture capital fund, announces it will co-sponsor Maine Peak Pitch 2007 at Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel on Friday, March 23. Activities begin at 9 a.m.

The Peak Pitch 2007 event is a twist on the proverbial elevator pitch, offering investors and entrepreneurs a different networking medium. A shared chairlift rides give entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their business plans to a variety of venture capitalists, angel investors and other experienced startup advisors as they ride up the mountain. Maine Peak Pitch 2007 is co-sponsored by CEI Community Ventures, Finance Authority of Maine, Maine Investment Exchange, Maine Technology Institute, SEGF and Village Ventures.
