AUBURN – U.S. Cellular recently named Caitlin Rutt as the company’s small business expert at its Auburn store at 730 Center St.

Rutt is one of 500 associates trained as part of the company’s small business team, which will focus on providing small businesses with the individual attention they require and cellular solutions that are specific to their business.

As Auburn’s small business expert, Rutt will provide guidance to all store associates and offer in-store analysis and solutions to meet the different needs of small businesses. Rutt will work with companies to analyze their needs by conducting a Wireless Needs Analysis that will identify the services that are right for their business. She will then provide recommendations on the best wireless plans, services and equipment, and will supply every small business with a written proposal outlining the specific recommendations.
