AUBURN – Bonnie Jean Abbott, 64, died with her family by her side, March 12, at the Hospice House, where she had been a patient for two days following a long illness.

After staying home with her children when they were younger, she worked as a CNA for many years at Ledgeview and later as a med-tech in Lewiston.
She was a member of the Oxford Seventh-day Adventist Church, and although confined to a wheelchair, she gave of herself in many places, including past community service director, newsletter, tape and personal ministries and most recently, bulletin coordinator.
Her happiness and humor illustrated her great love of the Lord, who she planned to meet when He returns.

She was predeceased by her parents and a baby sister.
The family wishes to extend their great appreciation to Dr. Duval and team, hospice care staff, especially Deborah C., the hospice house team and Patty V.
