FARMINGTON – The SAD 9 Board of Directors unanimously ratified a three-year administrative contract Tuesday evening.

The decision was made after a short executive session at the regular meeting in the Mt. Blue High School Library.

According to the summary of negotiations, the first year features a 3 percent salary increase for all administrator contracts and equalizes the high school assistant principals per diem accounts. It also reimburses fingerprinting costs, retains an 80/20 split on health insurance (dental paid by the district) and each administrator receives a up to a $500 match for a tax sheltered annuity.

Years two and three increases salaries by 3 percent, continues changes from year one, and increases the tax shelter match to $650 and $800, respectively.
