LEWISTON – John A. Lunn, 44, of Poland, died on Tuesday, March 13, after a battle with lung cancer.

He was born in Portland, the son of Eric and Camilla Creeden Lunn. He was raised in Portland, graduating from Portland High School in 1981. He also graduated from Southern Maine Technical College.

He retired from the Army Reserves after 20 years of service. He was a mechanic for the 619 Transportation Division. He also worked as a machinist supervisor at Myat in Portland.

He is survived by his fiancé, Barbara Bilodeau, of Poland; the mother of his children, Anne Lunn, of Portland; two sons, Joseph and Colby; and a daughter, Alyssa, all of Portland; a brother, Eric and his wife, Pamela Lunn, of Gray; a sister, Nicoline and her husband, Michael Cordice, of South Portland.

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that were involved in John’s care.
