What a difference a week can make. A crew from Sheridan Corp. of Fairfield began working on a new 3,000-square-foot office building Monday for Kevin Vining, who plans to rent the space. The site is located next to the state Department of Human Services office, starting up the hill from the traffic lights on routes 2 and 27 in Farmington.
