• Stephen Austin, 56, Summit Street, Mexico, domestic assault, at 4:30 p.m., March 10, on Summit Street. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $300 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on April 3.

Burglary

• Someone broke into a home on Main Street. The break-in was reported at 6:30 p.m. on March 11. No other details are available.

Accidents

• Vehicles driven by Buddy McLain, 20, of Kimball Avenue, Mexico, and Evon G. Soule, 67, of Roxbury Road, Mexico, collided at 11:40 a.m. on March 9, at the entrance to the Oxford Federal Credit Union along Route 2. McLain’s 1989 Chrysler four-door sedan sustained $2,500 damage. Soule’s 1999 Chrysler four-door sedan sustained $1,000 damage.

• Vehicles driven by Rita T. Brown, 86, of Coburn Avenue, Dixfield, and Michael S. Crosby, 40, of Westbrook, collided at 10:12 p.m. March 6, on Main Street in front of NAPA. The tractor-trailer truck driven by Crosby was stretched across the two lanes. The 1999 Toyota struck it as Brown was driving east along Main Street during blustery snow. The Toyota sustained $8,000 damage.

Theft

• A Katie Lane resident reported the theft of two narcotic prescription drugs from her unlocked vehicle parked in the Wal-Mart lot on March 6. The drugs were valued at $75.
