Supper reset

FARMINGTON – Chesterville Grange 20 will not have a public baked bean supper on Saturday, March 17, due to expected storm. It has been rescheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Grange Hall, Knowlton Corner Road. The menu will include baked beans, casseroles, chop suey, salads, biscuits and homemade pies. Cost is adults, $6; children, $3.

Papers ready

MT. VERNON – Nomination papers will be ready on Monday, March 19, at the Town Office, which will be open from 9 a.m to noon.

Dinner postponed

OXFORD – Due to the impending storm on Saturday, March 17, the St. Patrick’s Day dinner has been postponed to Saturday, March 24, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Oxford Congregational Church, King Street. The cost of the boiled ham dinner with fixings will be $7 for adults, $4, children ages 5 to 10; free, children under 5. For more information, contact Bob at 210-2754.
