• 59 Goldthwaite Road, Auburn, building permit issued Feb. 15 to Paris Farmers Union to build a $262,000 office/storage facility. Building will serve as the sales division for Paris Farmer’s Union stores from New Hampshire to Bangor. Construction on 4,000-square-foot building to continue through the spring with an early summer opening planned.

• 1371 Minot Ave., Auburn, building permit issued Feb. 28 to Gina Power to convert Minot Avenue Baptist Church into a day care. Plans call for separate rooms for infant, 1-year-olds and preschool care, as well as a large fenced-in backyard.

• 300 Main St., Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, Lewiston, building permit issued Feb. 27 for a $2 million fit up of the unit’s fourth floor.

• Deer Road, Lewiston, plans submitted for review of a 27-lot subdivision near Gulf Island Road. The complex of 27 single-family homes sits on 18 wooded acres owned by Robert Foss.

• 37 Park St., Lewiston, 1920 building, current home of Chopsticks, for sale at $1.37 million. 25,000 square feet of office space. Listed with Dunham Group.

• 63 Mill St., Auburn, former Pontbriand’s Hardware store. 1937 building, 7,158 square feet of space on .21 acre available for sale at $365,000. Listed with Millett Realty.

• 178 Lisbon St., Lewiston, 8,000-square-foot historic Ellard Building, 3-story retail, light-colored brick building for sale at $315,000. Listed with Keller Williams.
