AUBURN – Tim Worden, broker/owner of ERA Worden Realty, 473 Center St., announces that Lynda Hebert has been named ERA Worden Realty’s rookie of the year for 2006. Hebert closed on more than $4 million in sales during 2006.

Hebert started at ERA Worden Realty in April 2005. Before that, she was a consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics and a sales director. She also worked with her husband at a snowmobile dealership as a salesperson and bookkeeper.

Hebert works out of the Center Street office, and has an office on Route 2 in Mexico. She lives in Peru with her husband and four children.
