APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. – Adam Michael Harrington died unexpectedly at his home on Jan. 26.

Born in Des Moines, Iowa, on May 24, 1974, he was the son of Steven Harrington and Sidse Lynder.

He was employed as a private investigator.

He was an aspiring novelist, avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He was also active in youth sports in Apache Junction.

There were many people who loved Adam and were an important part of his life. First and foremost is his wife, Amy; his sons, Tyler, Justin and Adam Jr.; and his daughter, Bryttney; his father, Steven Harrington and wife, Susan, of Lisbon Falls; his stepfather, Greg Lynder and wife, Dolly; a sister, Ann Eckhardt; his grandparents, Gerald and Shirley Harrington; a niece, Haylee; nephews, Thomas and Jacob; and uncles, Bill, David, Andy and Tim.

Adam was predeceased by his mother, Sidse Lynder.
