Poland – Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon for Francis E. Edwards of Poland, from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son. The Rev. Arthur Lawlor Jr. officiated and Sue Lawlor provided organ music. Many friends and family members shared words of remembrance. Grandchildren Tina, Kim and Annette read the poem ‘God’s Promise”, Tina read ‘Memories of You’, and Gary played the guitar and sang ‘Blessed Be Your Name’. All those in attendance sang ‘The Old Rugged Cross’ along with Rev. Lawlor. A reception followed services at Faith Baptist Church of Auburn. Interment will be held later in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in Poland. Arrangements by the family owned Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel and Tribute Center, 62 Spring Street, Auburn.
