NORWAY – Chuck Williams has been promoted to assistant vice president in the finance and accounting group with Norway Savings Bank.

He will work from the bank’s main office in Norway.

Williams was a junior commercial lender with Norway for the past two years. Prior to joining the bank, he worked as a cash management analyst for Citigroup and also worked at Northeast Bank.

In his new role, Williams will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing internal controls for financial reporting, as well as accounting for financial transactions.

Williams received his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Thomas College.

He is active in his community, coaching youth sports, and is a member of the Young Professionals Group in the Lewiston/Auburn area.
