HARTFORD – Albert C. Bickford, 67, of Hartford died Thursday morning, March 22, at his home in Hartford.

He was born June 4, 1939, a son of Ernest and Roberta Bickford, and received his education in Hartford schools.

He worked at various shoe shops in the area, and he was a Ford lover, having a large collection of miniature vehicles. He also was a gun collector, a NASCAR fan, and was known as a good mechanic.

He is survived by his companion of nearly 25 years, Dora Jackman, of Hartford; and a sister, Winifred, of Kansas.

He was predeceased by a brother, Frank.
