ANSON – Jossilyn Jorie Adams, 9, died Wednesday, March 21, at Maine Medical Center in Portland following a courageous battle against leukemia.
She was born April 2, 1997, in Farmington, the daughter of Ross S. and Marjorie K. (Parlin) Adams
Jossilyn enjoyed singing and dancing. She lived her life to the fullest and left an impression on all those she met.
She is survived by her mother, Marjorie K. (Parlin) Adams, of Anson; her father, Ross Scott Adams, of Farmington; her siblings, Kelsey R., 15, Jacob R., 14, Kaleb S., 12, Kaylin J., 5, and Josie J. Adams, 2, all of Anson; her maternal grandparents, Merton and Janice Parlin of Anson; paternal grandparents, F. James Adams Jr. of Farmington, and Jeanice Honas and her husband, John, of Augusta; paternal great-grandmother, Edith Smiley of Augusta; paternal great-grandfather, Henry DiSotto of Jay; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
