FARMINGTON – SAD 9 kindergarten registration dates have been announced as follows:

Tuesday, March 27, from 2 to 4:30 p.m., Cape Cod Hill School, New Sharon.

Tuesday, April 24, from 2 to 5 p.m., Cushing School, Wilton (by appointment).

Wednesday, May 2, from noon to 6 p.m., Mallett School (by appointment).

Parents should call the Weld School at 585-2614 for that school’s registration information.

At registration, they will need their child’s birth certificate, social security card, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo and filled-out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.

If a child is age 5 on or before Oct. 15, and parents intend to register the child for school, or if they have any questions, they should call Bernadette Wallace as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet.

Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing schools also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett, 778-3529; Cushing,, 645-2442.
