AUBURN – Ron and Connie Jacques of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Mary Syphers of Auburn, to Russel Buswell of Auburn, son of Robin and Marcia Buswell of Buckfield.

The future bride is a 1988 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 1992 graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is currently a registered nurse at Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute.

The future bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Buckfield High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. He is currently a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Central Maine Medical Center.

The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. on July 14.
