BUCKFIELD – This April, Michael Miclon will be joined by only two of his most famous alter egos, Moto Hoonchbach and Dickie Hyper-Hynie, for his “Altered Egos” show.

The two characters have taken on lives of their own, from hosting Halloween and New Year’s shows, to performing in commercials and signing autographs and answering fan mail. “Altered Egos” will attempt to shed some light on what it’s like for these extremely different actors to inhabit one body and one stage. Each persona will perform at least one classic performance piece as well as new, never-before-seen material.

Moto Hoonchbach and Dickie Hyper-Hynie fight for control of the show (and Mike’s brain) in an evening of big laughs and crazy fun.

Miclon’s career has spanned more than 20 years and has brought him all across the United States and Europe, with such highlights as appearances at the White House and Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.; and the Keller Theater in Geisson Germany; and The Festa Americana in Naples, Italy.

Miclon studied extensively with mime master Tony Montanaro at the Celebration Barn Theater in South Paris. In 1998, he and his wife, Kimberly, purchased the old Odd Fellow’s Hall in Buckfield and transformed it into the Oddfellow Theater. The theater is in its ninth season.

Shows will be at 7:30 Friday and Saturday, April 6-7 and 13-14 at the Oddfellow Theater on Route 117. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, and $6 for children 12 and younger. For more information, call the theater box office at 336-3306, or go online to www.oddfellow.com.
