NORWAY – Norway Memorial Library will host a First Friday opening of a fiber arts exhibit in collaboration with Western Maine Art Group from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 6. The public is invited to meet and talk with artists and enjoy refreshments.

Lee Barth, Ellen Benner, Amber Brooks, Suzanne Bruno, Connie Schmotzer-Fletcher, Rose Ellen Harmon, Diane Jackman, Joan Moorhead, Doreen Simmons and Barbara Traficonte will display quilts, hooked rugs, crazy-quilt soft sculpture, felted bags, and knit shawls.

The pieces will be on display in the library’s reference room.
