AUBURN – Robin Dow Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, at the Alden M. Gayton Post 31, American Legion, 426 Washington St. The board of directors will meet at 10.

Following the meeting and a bag lunch, members will play bingo. There will be the usual raffle table. Trip reservations and/or payment may be made to Evelyn Sawin, trip chairwoman, at the Robin Dow meeting, or for more information on her trip to Foster’s Lobster Bake, York, on June 22, call 998-4577.

Sixty-two members met March 28 with President Merry Strout presiding. Joyce Patnode was welcomed as a new member, and Wayne and Nancy Frankhauns were welcomed guests.

Those having birthdays in March were acknowledged, and the “Happy Birthday” song was sung. Attendance prize winners were Evelyn Rose and Joyce Patnode; pot of gold, Martha Goodwin, Nancy Roy and Virginia Howe.

Following the meeting, an Easter ham dinner, prepared by Lucien Marcoux, was served with his volunteer assistants. The tables and hall were decorated in the Easter motif by Irving and Charlotte Grant and member volunteers. To end the day’s activities, Alwin Strout ran a series of bingo games.
