Joseph LaPlante of TCI smoothes out the curbing that will secure a fence on Court Street in Auburn at the beginning of Longley Memorial Bridge. A staircase between the fence will connect the street to the Riverwalk this spring. It is part of a multi-phased plan where the next phase calls for a walkway under the bridge.
