The Kiwanis Club of Norway-Paris has pledges from nearly 200 Oxford Hills businesses for the Heart Gallery program. President-elect Kathy Laplante and Secretary Phil Dubois hold a photo of Shania S, 8, one of dozens of Maine youngsters looking for an adoptive home. The Heart Gallery is a collaboration with A Family for ME and the Maine Department of Health and Human Services with a goal is to increase children’s visibility and adoption opportunities.
