ROCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – A Dover woman has been charged with dragging a police officer 100 yards after an early-morning traffic stop.
Police say 27-year-old Jocelyn Noonan was stopped about 2 a.m. Tuesday. While police were checking her ID, she tried to drive away. Rochester police sergeant Eric Dugas’ arm was caught in the door.
Police say the officer is fine. The driver faced felony charges of reckless conduct.
