LIVERMORE FALLS – The Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens met at Murray Hall on April 9 with 27 members present. Chairwoman Shirley Couture opened the meeting with a prayer, flag salute and moment of silence for the men and women in the armed forces.

Mary Groleau led in singing “Now Thank We All Our God.” Dora Slovak was reported on the sick list. Pauline Coombs and Marie Gagnon were welcomed back.

Members signed up for the monthly SeniorsPlus meal. They sent a donation to Androscoggin Home and Health Care.

A Chinese auction will be held at the Monday, April 16, meeting, and members can bring whatever they wish. The 50-50 was won by Aurelien Couture. The meeting was adjourned and cards and games were played.
