Former Pittsburgh Steelers star Lynn Swann said he is weighing a run for Congress. Swann lost a recent bid for Pennsylvania governor. Maybe it’s time for him to hire Terry Bradshaw and Franco Harris for his campaign. They’ve already carried him into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They can probably carry him to Washington, too.
Sorry don’t pay the legal bills
District Attorney Mike Nifong offered an apology to the Duke lacrosse players he charged with rape, which they immediately rejected. Can’t imagine why. Nifong wants the players to hear his side of the story, when he wasn’t the least bit interested in their side 12 or even six months ago.
