GREENE – The Planning Board will conduct a site visit, a public hearing and a special meeting on Tuesday, April 24.

Here is the schedule:

• Site visit at 6:15 p.m. at the proposed site of Future Pools. Owner/developer John D. Rac proposes to construct a 40- by 60-foot, one-story retail building to sell and service hot tubs and pools with 10 to 20 parking spaces.

• Public hearing at 6:45 p.m., downstairs at the Town Office, on a proposal to put a retail building on a site that is now open parking. Owner George Schott, a local developer, proposes to construct a building with a maximum of 25,500 square feet of retail space. The parcel is along Route 202 on the Lewiston town line.

• Special meeting at 7 p.m., downstairs at the Town Office, on Schott’s proposed construction of a retail building on Route 202.
