Toastmasters International has congratulated two local members for winning the LA Toastmasters speech contest. John Bolduc, right, won first place in the table topics contest and Bob Sawyer won in the international speech contest. They will compete at the Area 6 contest at Cole Farms of Gray on Tuesday, April 24. Area 6 encompasses Portland, South Portland, Lewiston and Auburn.
