Criminal convictions

Nov. 9, 1993: Criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 17, 1993, ordered to pay $258.62 in restitution and sentenced to serve six months in jail, with all but 30 days suspended, plus one year probation.

Sept. 7, 1994: Burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 6, 1994, fined $450, ordered to pay $500 in restitution and sentenced to serve two years in jail, with all but three months suspended, plus two years probation. Probation on the 1993 conviction was revoked; sentenced to serve 60 days in county jail concurrent with the burglary conviction.

Aug. 12, 1997: Assault and obstructing government administration, fined $200.

March 5, 1999: Manslaughter on May 23, 1998, sentenced to 12 years in prison, with all but 5 years suspended, plus six years probation and 200 hours community service.
