I don’t know why there’s so much fuss about comments made by radio commentator Don Imus. Yeah, he was wrong. As a matter of fact, he was very wrong to say what he did. But did we need to hear about it all day? Was it necessary to have a press conference over it?
Our nation is falling apart over more important issues than that – crime, unsecured borders, a war that is going nowhere leaving families without fathers, brothers, sisters and mothers.
Our society is sinking into the abyss, and the media focused on a washed-up, old disc jockey.
He deserved to be dumped.
