EDISON, N.J. – Loreen Finley, 76, of Metuchen, N.J., died Saturday, April 28, at the Barbara E. Chueng Memorial Hospice in Edison.

Born in Lewiston, she resided in Kearny before moving to Metuchen 39 years ago.

She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Metuchen.

Mrs. Finley was employed by Rutgers University in New Brunswick as a secretary for 10 years before retiring in 1992.

Surviving are her husband, Dr. Joseph H. Finley; three sons, Steven of Wayne, N.J., Michael of Edison, N.J., and Thomas of Hillsborough, N.J.; three daughters, Susan M. Finley-Welsh of Stroudsburg, Pa., Nancey Mathews of Piscataway, N.J., and Kathleen Parks of Pacifica, Calif.; and 12 grandchildren.
