WILTON – The Planning Board will review a request for a new business for the downtown area at 7 p.m. Thursday.
A request for a proposed new shop, Blessed Baby Boutique, at 346 Main St., located next to the Chinese restaurant, has been submitted by Heidi MacIssac. Code Enforcement Officer Paul Montague said the shop will offer baby items.
Another request was submitted by David and Susan Staples, who want to change the use of a building at 3 High St., from commercial to residential apartment with a home occupation. The building formerly housed the Making Waves hair salon, Montague said. Jane Cantral has submitted a request to provide a photographic studio at the 3 High St. building where she will also live.
Eric Rutberg has submitted an application to relocate his clinical counseling services, The Center for Your Well Being, to 335 Main St.
The state Bureau of Parks and Lands has also submitted a request for parking for recreational use on property at Adams and Depot streets.
