• Wahlco Metroflex, 29 Lexington St., Lewiston, 35,000-square-foot expansion to the rear of the existing building. If approved, work should be completed this year and result in the hiring of 20 more employees. Expected to come before Planning Board for review May 14.

<>• 413 Main St., Lewiston, a liquor license for Irish Twins Pub is being requested by owner Ronald Tierney of Turner. Application indicates a June 1 opening. The Pop Shoppe Diner is currently at that address.

• 1180 Lisbon St., Lewiston, the American National Red Cross has leased 2,500 square feet of office space in the Executive Building. It left its old offices on East Avenue last week. Deal brokered by CBRE Real Estate Services and Malone Commercial Brokers.

• 855 Lisbon St., Lewiston, Double Deuce, a new restaurant/entertainment complex in expanded space formerly occupied by Teen Image and Jump City in the Promenade Mall. Owner Gerard Poisson received a conditional use permit April 23. In his letter to the city, he cited his 10 years of providing security in the restaurant and lounge business as evidence that he could control what has been a problematic location for clubs.

• Doyon Avenue, Lewiston, proposed three-lot subdivision by John Raynes. Plans for the 1.6-acre development show all single-family homes. Expected to come before the Planning Board for review May 14.

• 435 Old Greene Road, Lewiston, a three-lot subdivision for two homes in L&L Estates. Owners Rick and Monique Lachapelle propose two single-family homes on lots varying from 1.6 to 2.5 acres. Expected to come before the Planning Board for review May 14.

• 2 Great Falls Plaza, Auburn, a little more than 3,000 square feet of newly renovated restaurant space available. Previous occupant, Amanda’s restaurant, closed in early April after less than three months in operation. Barbara Trafton/Keller Williams is brokering the space.
