ALFRED – Jo-Ann West of Cottage Street, Sanford, a former Lewiston-Auburn area resident, died May 6, as a result of an automobile accident on Route 202.

She was born on Sept. 15, 1959, in Farmington. She attended Auburn schools as well as Mid-State Business School.

She was a very sensitive and giving person and will be missed by all whom she touched.

She leaves two sons, Keith West and Nicholas Griebel, both of Lewiston; her mother, Leta Richards and her stepfather, Gilbert Richards; sister, Deborah West; many aunts and uncles; a special friend, Steve Proctor; and her cat, “Melvin.” Bye Jo-Ann – we love you and will meet you in the garden of flowers.
