RUMFORD – A “Benefit for Abbie” will be held Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Oxford Lanes on Route 2 in Rumford. Abbie has leukemia. For a cost of $8, participants get shoes and a lane to bowl. There will be raffles, 50/50 drawing and bake sale.

Hospital auxiliary to hold yard sale

RUMFORD – The Hospital Auxiliary Annual Yard Sale will be held Saturday, May 19, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 209 Lincoln Ave. (the old veterans building).
