LEWISTON – A celebration of life service honoring the life of Peter E. Bell Sr., was held Friday at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home with Chaplain Kathleen O’Wril presiding. During the service words of remembrance written by Peter’s son, Peter Jr. were read by Chaplain O’Wril. A video presentation highlighting Mr. Bell’s life was also played during the service in recognition of the impact he made with his family and how sadly he’ll be missed. The U.S. Army honor detail then played “Taps” and presented our country’s flag to Peter’s wife, Nancy, in honor of her husband’s service in the 101st Airborne Division as a paratrooper. At the conclusion of services all were then invited to a reception of fellowship at Peter and Nancy’s home in Auburn. Arrangements by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
