AUBURN – Pepsi compiled a 2-1 record in recent action in the Major Softball Division. Pepsi defeated Rotary 10-2. The big hit was a double by Morgan Emerson with the bases-loaded in the third inning. It produced 3 runs. Kate Sawyer played fine defense. Amanda Williams pitched 3 solid innings in the loss. . . In the second game, Pepsi outslugged South Lewiston PAL 22-19. Kelsey Butcher went 3-3 with 4 RBI. Katie DeRosa foiled a PAL rally in the third by making 2 assists. . . In the final game, Pepsi suffered a 12-8 loss to G&B Sports. Kory Norcross and Ashley Arnold both went 3-3 for the winners, combining for 5 runs. Kennedy Hubbard hurled 2 fine innings for the win. Shaylin Collins knocked in 3 runs for Pepsi and Kayla Lincoln scored twice. Miranda Casey pitched well in the loss, striking out 5 batters in 3 innings.
