FARMINGTON – Motorists in the downtown area may want to look for alternate routes Tuesday and Wednesday. Paving of Main Street, from Academy Street to Anson Street, and both sections of Broadway will be started, weather permitting.

The work is being done by Bruce A. Manzer Inc. in conjunction with the Farmington Public Works Department.

The town requests that motorists plan accordingly.
