AUBURN – Holly’s Own Deli and Wine Bar is now open at 84 Court St., Auburn. The business is located directly across the street from the Androscoggin County Building, as well as Auburn City Hall. Free parking is available in the adjacent parking lot or the city garage across Mechanics Row.

Holly’s is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Wednesday; 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday and Friday; and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Holly’s Own is a classic full deli and coffee sit-down-and -takeout food shop and wine bar. All foods are made in the shop using locally grown and organic ingredients in season. Wireless Internet access is available.

Full catering is available on the deck during warm weather or in front of the fireplace when it’s cooler, or food can be brought to a customer’s place.

The business has been completely redecorated using a Tuscany theme with fresh paint throughout, new lighting, curtains and artwork.
