LEWISTON – Georgette G. Gagne, 96, of 102 Campus Ave., Lewiston, died Saturday, May 19, at d’Youville Pavilion, after a short illness.

She was born in Augusta on Feb. 23, 1911, the daughter of Jean B. and Josephine (Robbin) Meservier. She had been a life-long resident of Lewiston.

She was a parishioner of Holy Family Church. She married Alfred Gagne on April 6, 1931; he died on Dec. 31, 1999.

She is survived by one daughter, Dorothee Cadrin of Lewiston; two sons, Alfred H. Gagne, and his wife, Marcie, of Guilford and Gerard Gagne, and his wife, Pauline, of Sabattus; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
